About Contact Improv in Chapel Hill
Contact improvisation is a partnered movement practice built on shared weight and touch; jams are open floors where anyone can enter or rest. Some experience or an intro class is usually expected before a jam. Chapel Hill leans folk and community: Cajun and honky-tonk nights, contra, and student-run swing and ballroom.
