Durham, Raleigh, Chapel Hill and the towns around them have one of the densest social dance scenes in the Southeast: swing, blues, salsa and bachata, contra, tango, zouk, kizomba, shag, country two-step, ecstatic dance, and band nights that are really dance nights.
