 omewhat on the 5 Rhythms Ecstatic Dance concept of Gabrielle Roth. Th
 is can be either solo dancing\, partner dancing\, contact improvisati
 on\, or ad lib group. The experience can be meditative or spiritually
  oriented for some individuals. Dancers of all ages are welcome and t
 here typically is no talking during the dance. Dance opening circle b
 egins somewhere between 6:30 to 8 PM depending upon the location (ind
 oors tends to be 7:30-8 PM) and time of year. Sometimes there is yoga
  or another optional warm up prior to opening circle. Donations of $5
 -20 recommended\, but usually not required. No one will be refused fo
